What is the Western Family Television Network?
Western Family Television Network is a ministry which was founded in 2004 to establish a faith-based, youth-oriented, TV station at Helena, Montana.
Since the debut of the Helena station in February, 2005, God has expanded the outreach of the ministry to several other communities and states, and an overseas outreach in Pago Pago, American Samoa.

What is Western’s mission?
To share the message and hope of Jesus Christ with young people and young adults through high-quality, fun, and intriguing TV programming aired on our group of 24-hour-per-day TV stations.

What do the TV stations air?
High-quality Christian music videos, reality TV programs, comedy shows, extreme sports and interviews, full-length feature movies and more.

Where do the TV stations get their programming?
Our TV stations are all affiliates of the JCTV Network, a 24/7 youth network based in southern California.

Who watches JCTV?
The core demographic is 12 – 25 year olds.
However, we receive viewer correspondence from people of all ages as some of the programming is not specifically youth appeal.

Is Western’s JCTV programming "entertainment for youth group kids"?
   NO!!!
   While many Christian kids watch JCTV, our primary goal is to reach the lost by taking the message of Christ where young people are everyday…TELEVISION and the INTERNET.
   Statistically, TV viewing still ranks #1 as the favorite leisure time activity of American youth…in fact, 66% of them watch MTV every week!

How do you watch JCTV?
Broadcast TV Stations… Western Family Television Network owns several actual broadcast TV stations…anyone with a TV set can tune in our broadcast TV channels.
Cable… Western’s stations are seen on cable in select areas.
Internet TV… through Western’s website, JCTVonline.com, viewers anywhere in the world can watch JCTV on-line.

What happens when a viewer contacts Western Family Television Network?
Western’s desire is to introduce young people to Christ, and to help them grow in Him. We provide viewers the Book of Hope, tracts, or Bibles as we determine what they need. We also maintain contact by e-mail in some cases.
